Steviacane Lemon Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham crust
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/8 cup Steviacane
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat cream cheese and Steviacane until combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla and lemon zest and beat until fluffy.
- Pour batter into crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Chill before serving. Top with your favorite preserves or pie filling.
