Ingredients

½ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons oil
1 chicken bouillon cube
¾ cup boiling water
3 tablespoons firmly packed light brown Imperial Sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Instructions

In bag, combine flour, salt and paprika. Brush chicken breasts with lemon juice. Add chicken pieces one at a time to bag and shake well.
In large skillet, brown chicken in hot oil. Dissolve bouillon cube in ¾ cup boiling water; slowly pour over chicken in skillet. Stir in brown sugar, lemon peel and any remaining lemon juice.
Cover and reduce heat. Cook chicken over low heat until tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
