Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown Imperial Sugar
- 1 cup granulated Imperial Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2½ cups flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 365°F.
- Cream margarine, peanut butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour. Mix in the mixer until the dough leaves the side of the bowl.
- Make balls of dough the size of a golf ball or a little smaller. Roll in sugar, place on cookie sheet and press cookie down with a fork.
- Bake at 365°F for 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
